Personally I have two balls that I love to play. FIrst, the Taylormade TP Black. And secondly the Hogan Tour Deep. Both balls get crazy spin and distance. I recommend giving them a try.

I was shocked when I tried these out. Reasonably priced, and reminiscent of the old Titleist Professional balls.

They’re designed to be “long” balls, but they are multi-layered and have superb handling characteristics around the green.
