What is the diffrence between the diffrent Callaway golf iron Flex?

Uniflex is weaker that regular. Uniflex is somewhat between a senior shaft and regular. There are a couple of brands that have irons with uniflex shafts, but they are only good if you have a really low swign speed.

That would be like a senior shaft, it has a little more flex
